The Real Color trading policy is to offer high quality products and permanent
services which make sure clients attain higher level of efficiency in their
products lines, achieve better quality in their products and become more
competitive in their markets.

dealing are of primary importance. This makes sure trade relations develop into
a long-term collaboration based on trust and mutual esteem.
The Real Color customer service offers technical assistance to all our clients,
but for us it is also a way of evaluating the degrees of customer satisfaction,
which allows to intervene whenever necessary to improve our products or
services in general.
Seven technicians operate at our central branch, and at least two others are
normally present at each of the Italian branches. The customer service is
guaranteed at every tannery in Europe and the rest of the world.
Recently, we updated our communication system, with the introduction of modern
data-transmission technology and internet. This will allow us to create a
sales, and post-sales service to fit the needs of each client, who can place
orders and request services or consultancy in real time, directly trough the
network.
