Real Color's Quality Management System is certified based on the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 standards. All business processes are officially recognized to meet high quality standards.

With three internal workshops, REAL COLOR ensures highly-efficient, quality control, from basic components to finished-product testing.

Each workshop is equipped with the necessary equipment, and all control processes are performed by qualified personnel under the supervision of a technical manager.

The main types of control:

• Checks made on raw materials before they are introduced into the production system.
• Use of the Perker-Helmer spectro-photometer allows our technicians to determine the different chemical components of dyestuff, thus allowing for perfect reproduction of products and standardization of the quality of our articles with respect to various characteristic of leather.
• 15 Dosemat units are used to reproduce large-scale production conditions at the tannery. And allow internal staff to follow and check the particular needs of clients.
• Test for lightfastness of leather, resistance to light and heat, analysis of humidity levels. Shrinkage temperatures, resistance to tensile stress and tear-resistance, and C.O.D.
